The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and REDONE (“we”, “us”) covering the REDONE iOS app and this website. By creating an account or using REDONE you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use REDONE.

Who can use REDONE

You must be at least 13 years old to use REDONE. If you use REDONE as a professional (a “Pro” account), you’re responsible for making sure your listings, claims and qualifications are accurate and lawful in your country.

Your content

You own what you post — your photos, videos, project write-ups, budgets and comments. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content inside REDONE and in previews of it (for example a shared project link). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by other users (for example a project copied into someone’s plan).

Only post content you have the right to share. Don’t post other people’s work as your own.

House rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on REDONE. Do not post:

• Content that harasses, threatens or degrades others
• Sexually explicit, violent or otherwise objectionable material
• Spam, scams, misleading offers or fake projects
• Content that infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law

Every post and profile can be reported in the app, and you can block any user. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban accounts responsible for it.

Renovation content is not professional advice

Projects on REDONE are real people’s accounts of their own renovations. Costs, timelines and methods are user-reported and not verified by us. Electrical, plumbing and structural work is regulated in most countries — always check what requires a licensed professional where you live. You follow guidance found on REDONE at your own risk.

Pro accounts and boosts

Switching to a Pro account is free. Boosting a project is a paid promotion: boosted projects are shown as “Sponsored” to more people for the period you choose. Boost purchases on iOS are processed by Apple and follow Apple’s payment and refund rules. Boosts start when activated and are not refundable by us once delivered, except where the law says otherwise. Estimated reach numbers are estimates, not guarantees.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile and content. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Liability

REDONE is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for damage arising from renovations you undertake, deals you make with other users or professionals you find through REDONE, or content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as REDONE evolves. If a change is significant we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use REDONE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
